Clinic staff only — not listed in public menus. Use this page as a desk shortcut when a patient order is placed. The live order list lives in Shopify Admin (you must be signed in).
Open pending orders in Admin (Unfulfilled)
Same queue filtered Paid + Unfulfilled (use this when the Unfulfilled list is noisy).
Purpose
Desk sees paid orders waiting for cabinet pick and handover. Storefront pages cannot list Admin orders without a custom app — this page is the clinic-facing handoff to the real Admin queue.
Steps at the desk
- Open the Admin queue (button above). Stay signed into Shopify Admin.
- Open the order. Confirm patient name matches the person collecting.
- Pick items from the cabinet exactly against the order lines.
- Click Mark as fulfilled (or fulfill all items).
- Hand the bag to the patient.
- Never take card payment for store or invoice orders — patients already paid online (or pay the invoice link).
What shows as pending
- Paid + Unfulfilled
- Tags when present:
pickup-clinic,chairside
Draft invoices are not pending fulfillments
Drafts named like #D* stay in Orders → Drafts until the patient pays. They are not in the Unfulfilled order queue and must not be picked until the order is Paid.
